Purpose

This NDA protects confidential information shared between Web Briks and its clients during discussions, project work and partnerships.

    Confidential information

    Includes source code, project files, credentials, financial data, business strategies and proprietary assets.

  2. 02

    Obligations

    Neither party discloses, copies or misuses confidential information without the other's written consent.

  3. 03

    Permitted use

    Confidential information is used only for the project, its support and approved business purposes.

  4. 04

    Exclusions

    Information that is already public, or developed independently, isn't covered.

  5. 05

    Data protection

    We use reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

  6. 06

    Duration

    Confidentiality continues after the project is completed or ended.

  7. 07

    Legal remedies

    Breaching this agreement may lead to legal action and claims for damages.
